The summer school of health technologies 2023 began on May 9th with talks from three speakers who will supervise the participating students. Each supervisor introduced ongoing research in their lab:
-> Dr. Alla Reznik talked about advancing X-Ray and PET imaging modalities for precise imaging at low radiation doses.
-> Dr. Mitchell Albert talked about MRI imaging using hyperpolarized gas and its applications in lung and brain imaging.
-> Dr. Nicholas Ravanelli talked about his lab’s work on monitoring human physiology under heat stresses.
The summer school will consist of lectures in health technologies, research projects, and pizza! Four undergraduate students and two high school students from our lab will be participating in the summer school. For more information, please visit the following website.
